The Role
Due to a recent merger with a Top 60 firm, which has led to rapid internal growth, a dynamic and growing Accountancy Practice, based in City of London, is currently looking to recruit a Transformation and Change Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Improve efficiency & effectiveness of workflow for new clients
  • Ensure smooth transition process for on-boarding new clients
  • Implement, improve and optimise systems (Xero & Receiptbank)
  • Help to improve workflow efficiency for existing clients
  • Improve quality of output for on-boarding clients
  • Management Accounts process
  • Monthly cycle focus
  • Initial 6 month focus on improving current processes
  • Continuously look to implement change and improvements of internal controls
  • Eventually develop and manage an on-boarding team
Preferred Skills:

Requirements

  • Previous experience of software implementation
  • Ideally, at least, 5 years Post Qualified Experience
  • Experience with Xero & Receiptbank
  • Stakeholder/Senior staff management
