Job Description:

A business services operating company requires a PMO Analyst to join their organisation. Working out of the head office based in Central London, the successful candidate will be joining and demanding yet rewarding environment.

Roles Responsibilities include the following -

  • Define work package (project) deliverables, calculate timescales, calculate or validate the commercials and thereby produce work package/statement of work documentation
  • Liaise with clients to obtain the approval of work packages/statements of work, obtain cost codes or purchase orders, and after delivery, to obtain sign off
  • To be Systems Administration for Professional Services Automation (PSA) software which includes PMO software
  • To conduct regular audits of software and file storage to ensure that information is up to date and efficiently structured
  • To design and produce a range of Management Information reports
  • Financial forecasting of work packages on a weekly basis as a minimum
  • Effective management and accurate execution of client billing
  • Acting as a point of contact for all PMO queries and information
  • Scheduling meetings and providing support such as updating action logs or preparing presentations
  • Other support and administrative tasks as required


Preferred Skills:

Candidate Requirements -

  • Previous project experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Experience in using project management software
  • High level of knowledge and experience with MS Office (Work, Excel and Project)
