Job Description:

Our Client, a Large business in Central London is looking for an Experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a 6 Month temp basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Matching and posting of accounts payable invoices.

• Assisting the Finance Manager in preparing the weekly payment run.

• Processing credit card and expense claims.

• Dealing with supplier queries.

• Reconciling supplier statements.

• Reconciling inter-company ledgers on a monthly basis.

• Assisting with the allocation of cash.

• Reconciliation of received cash.

• Assisting Credit Control with various duties and the resolution of queries.

• Assisting in the preparation of various weekly reports for the Finance Manger and senior management.


Preferred Skills:

Candidate requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger.

• Excellent communicator and able to respond to queries in a prompt and effective manner.

• Able to work efficiently and to within strict deadlines.

• Keen to learn and develop.

• Confident with strong interpersonal skills.

• Seeking to work within an autonomous and dynamic business.
