Accounts Payable Assistant, Travel, Central London, £20-24k Part Time

Our client, a growing travel company, require a part-time accounts payable clerk to join their team on an initial 3 month basis. The role is based in central london and will be for an approximate 20 hours per week. The responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:

* Reconciling and gathering of receipts for prepaid credit cards
* Processing invoices, receipts, expenses within Concur in an accurate and timely manner
* Verifying accuracy of invoices and posting transactions into Netsuite
* Organising and maintaining accounts payable files
* Reconciling vendor statements and clearing vendor discrepancies and debit/aged balances
* Providing assistance with month end close and reporting
* Identify potential opportunities for efficiency gains across the function
* Performing ad hoc Accounts Payable/Finance/Admin duties as required

Preferred Skills:

The successful candidate will:

  • Have at least 1 years AP experience
  • Be efficient and well organised
  • Good Microsoft Excel knowledge up to and including V-Look Ups/Pivot Tables
