A marketing company requires a finance assistant to join their finance team based in central London. This position would be ideal for anyone who has a finance related degree and looking for their first step in to the world of finance. Equally, those with 1 or 2 years experience within a finance function would be encouraged to apply.

Role Responsibilities include the following -

• Posting cash receipts

• Monitoring, updating and maintaining the cash book

• Banking

• Uploading and posting bank statements on to the system

• Weekly and monthly payment runs

• Matching, batching and coding supplier invoices

• Generating billing invoices

• Filing

• Any other ad hoc duties

Candidate Requirements -

• Strong communication skills

• Those with a finance/accounting related degree are encouraged to apply

• Currently studying or eager to study AAT, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent)
