£12-15 per hour
Our client, a start-up business, require an accounts assistant to join their team on an initial 1-2 month basis with potential for extension/permanent role.
The role will report directly into the finance manager and the responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Accounts Receivable: creating invoices and managing debtors
* Accounts Payable: processing supplier invoices, responding to queries, assisting with payment runs
* Bank reconciliations
* Assistance with the preparation of monthly Management Accounts
* Other ad hoc tasks, e.g. responding to our stakeholder queries; ensuring data accuracy on our system
The role is well suited to someone with experience on the above who is happy to commit for the inital short period with the potential of a permanent role.
