Our client, an FMCG business, require an interim Finance Assistant to join their team on an initial 12 month Fixed Term basis. The role is based in Central London and reports to the Head of Finance and Operations


The responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Perform month end close checks
  • Assist Finance Manager in the preparation of the monthly management accounts
  • Raise payments to suppliers via online banking
  • Raise all sales invoices
  • Assist AP team with invoice processing when required
  • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a fast paced finance department
  • Strong Microsoft excel skills
  • Knowledge of finance system Pegasus would be advantageous
