A property company based in the City Of London requires a Credit Manager to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be joining an organisation that is a leader amongst its competition and is renowned within the industry for its exceptional culture and development of staff.


Role Responsibilities –

  • Driving cash collection
  • Working closely alongside stakeholders to minimise risk whilst supporting business growth
  • Maximising and reviewing of aged debt collection
  • Training and development of team members including 121s, appraisals, recruitment and KPI analysis
  • Resolving and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Month end reporting on the AR ledger
  • Assisting sales orders with invoice queries, raising paperwork and processing credit notes
  • Accounts Reconciliations – ensuring all cash is posted at end of month
  • Maintain a small portfolio of high end key accounts
  • Report noncollectable debts to internal legal department
  • Working on credit projects
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required
  • Support the assistant credit managers and credit controllers in routine cash forecasting, credit management and account administration
  • Review the weekly summary schedules with the assistant credit managers for a regular meeting with senior management

Candidate Requirements –

  • A highly motivated credit control manager who can deliver workable solutions in a business sensitive environment. Achievement and results orientated

  • Microsoft Office Literate
  • Excellent written and spoken English – Imperative
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Experience of working in a busy fast paced Finance department
