Our client requires a Finance Assistant to join their team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract basis. The role, reporting into the Finance Manager, would be ideal for someone looking for their next step in finance and keen to embrace a challenge. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to


  • Perform the month end pre-close checks and run the month end procedure
  • Assist Finance Manager with the production of the monthly management accounts
  • Prepare and analyse monthly expense reports
  • Raise all sales invoices
  • Raise payments to suppliers via online banking for approval
  • Weekly stock reconciliations

The successful canidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years finance experience
  • Be comfortable working in a fast paced finance department
  • Previous stock experience would be beneficial
  • Have strong microsoft excel skills
