A data collection/data administration company, based in Grays Essex, requires an invoicing clerk to join their growing finance team. Located in the head office, you’ll be responsible for the sales invoicing and management of client accounts. This role provides a perfect first step for any candidate looking to pursue a career within the world of accounting and finance as it requires no previous experience.

 

Duties

Role Responsibilities include the following –

– Work closely with the Credit Control and Cash Allocation team

– Sales invoicing

– Manage the transferring of invoices on to SAGE

– Match, batch and code invoices

– Raising credit notes if and when required

– Resolve and assist with client queries

– Effectively manage workload and meet KPI’s set by management team

– Other ad hoc duties as and when required

Candidate Requirements –

– AAT studiers are encouraged to apply, likewise with those having just graduated with a degree relating to finance, accountancy or economics

– Passionate about a career in finance

– Previous experience with large data sets

– Office experience would be preferred however not essential

– Strong attention to detail as well as a team player
