A well-established Architectural company requires a part time Finance Assistant to join their growing organisation based In Central London. Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, in a team of 10. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic, social and rewarding environment.
Role Responsibilities will include the following:
• Inputting and reconciling the purchase ledger
• Payment runs
• Dealing with office and client payments
• Payroll administration
• Cash flow management
Candidate Requirements include the following:
• 1-3 years’ experience with the above duties is desired but not essential
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent administrative skills
