A technology business based in the heart of Central London requires a Payroll Assistant to join their growing finance team. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and progressive working culture with strong career growth opportunities.


Role Responsibilities –

  • Processing payments, amendments and adjustments accurately & on time
  • Setting up new starters and action leavers
  • Liaising with outsourced payroll companies on an international basis
  • Liaising with external benefit providers
  • Provide first line support for payroll queries ensuring timely resolution
  • Entering of monthly timesheets
  • Ensure all payments and collections are within the stipulated deadlines, and that funds balances are proactively managed
  • Maintain and update payroll documentation, including: user guidelines, policies and procedures, service level agreements, payroll forms and grant application forms
  • Wider finance duties as and when required. Potential to assist with Purchase ledger and Sales ledger
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required

Candidate Requirements –

  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in the above duties
  • Previous industry experience would be beneficial however not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
