Halliday Marx have partnered with an large growing IT & Tech business to recruit for an Accounts Payable Clerk on an interim basis for 3 months.
This is a Hybrid working role which would require you (the candidate) to travel to their Central London based office 2 day a week.
Interim Accounts Payable Specialist
3 Month Contract
Hybrid Working (2 days in per week – City of London)
£17-£19 per hour
Duties
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Matching and posting of Accounts Payable invoices.
- Process a large volume of invoices
- Processing credit card and expense claims.
- Double entry processing/ Prepayment and accrual knowledge
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Weekly meetings with the Management accounts team.
- Resolving internal and external AP Payment queries
Successful Candidate Requirements;
- Minimum of 18 months Accounts Payable related experience
- Processing large volumes of weekly invoices
- Understanding of Accruals & Prepayments/ Double entry processing
- Experience liaising with other finance departments
- Immediately available
