Halliday Marx have partnered with an expanding Financial Services firm to recruit a permanent Assistant Accountant.

This role would suit someone doing AP/AR responsibilities looking to step up and be an Assistant Accountant. The job is hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Our client will offer study support.

Duties

• Assist with management accounts
• Bank recs
• Helping Audit queries
• 60% Accounts payable – full function
• Improving systems and workflows
• You will have/ be:
• Good Excel
• Curious / hardworking
• Some exams under your belt – some AAT / ACCA / CIMA exams passed will help
