12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Start: Early February ideally

£70 – 80k

Hybrid: 3 days in / 2 home (You may come in more if you wish)

Halliday Marx have partnered with a very well respected London based expanding Professional Services Company to hire an FP&A / Finance Business Partner.

You MUST HAVE:

• Experience of working with Billing Time / Billable Hours / Utilisation / Bill Rates
• A great personality / Gravitas

Duties

• Support the preparation of group budgets and forecasts
• Assist with the overall budget process, including planning, preparation, and review.
• Maintain and update budget templates
• Review financial performance against budget and prior year
• Income drivers / profitability metrics
• Consolidate large data sets from multiple sources
• Preparing clear summaries that are tailored to support decision-making
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for various stakeholders
• Drive efficiencies through automation of existing reports
• Testing of newly developed and updated reports
• Engage with key stakeholders quarterly to review financial performance
• Produce and deliver presentations to management groups

You will be / have:

• Minimum 2 years Post Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA or equiv)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in FP&A or Business Partnering role
• Professional Services experience – dealing in Billable Hours / Utilisation etc.
• Excellent Excel skills
