Halliday Marx are exclusively partnering with a top Financial Services data and analysis company to recruit a Finance Manager.

The Team is 1st class…. they want another legend to get involved.

In reality, you will be:

• Ex Audit
• Probably 1-2 Years Post Qualified (or more)
• An Excel modeller with good analysis skills
• Strong with Management accounts and budgeting (or have the desire to be)

Duties

The role:

• Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, providing meaningful variance analysis on actual performance Vs budget
• Balance sheet Recs
• Lead external statutory and tax audits for several entities within the Group
• Manage 1 direct report, mentoring them and the wider finance team
• Support FP&A on annual budgeting and revenue modelling.
• In-year reforecasts, providing financial modelling and creating presentation packs.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis for CFO

You will be

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) qualified with at least 1 year of post-qualified experience
• Audit experience with external audit processes is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced excel experience (working with models and complex formulae)
• Strong data analysis skillset and comfortable analysing unstructured data sets with modelling scenarios
