Halliday Marx have partnered exclusively with a Central London based Fintech company in the search for a new Finance Manager.

The role is Hybrid – 2 days in and flexible.

Salary approx £70,000+

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be the Number 2 in finance and have 1 report underneath.

Duties

• Monthly finance board report prep
• Departmental cost reports and business partnering with budget holders
• Consolidation of trading company and holding company and non-trading subsidiaries abroad
• Managing a PQ accountant
• Manage the annual audit process with Big 4 auditors
• Implementing process and control improvements
• Own the Xero accounting system
• Review AP, payroll, Balance Sheet Recs
• IFRS revenue recognition

You need to be

• Qualified Accountant (minimum 1 year post qualified)
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Have small company experience. Remember this team is only 3 in size.
• A broad skilled accountant across financial and management accountant
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Xero experience would be helpful
