Halliday Marx have exclusively partnered with a leading global hospitality business is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join its London-based finance team on a permanent basis.

Finance Manager

London (Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 from home)

£75,000 – £80,000 + benefits

Global Hospitality

Duties

• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Produce and review management accounts, variance analysis, and performance insights
• Business partner with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability and cost control
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Manage and develop a team of 2 direct reports
• Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with internal policies
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and systems
• Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
• Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
