Halliday Marx are excited to partner with a leading Healthcare Organisation to recruit a Finance Analyst on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will provide accurate and valued insight to support the decision making process and providing incisive, value-adding financial and non financial information.

Duties

• Produce incisive, value-adding and insightful analysis with detailed commentary, including but not limited too;
• Profitability Analysis
• Pricing and Costing Analysis
• Business Case Analysis
• Dashboard Creation and Development
• Financial and Scenario Modelling
• Review of actual monthly performance against prior years
• Prepare forecasts, annual budgets inline with timetables
• Identify opportunities for process and reporting improvements
• Support the monthly close and performance reporting
• Build, maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders across the business
• Support the wider Commercial Finance Team with adhoc financial analysis to support current and future business needs

The Successful Candidate;

• Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience in a similar Analytical or Commercial role
• Previous demonstrable experience in presenting financial information to key stakeholders
• Commercially astute, analytical and diligent with high attention to detail
• Deadline driven with a positive can-do attitude
• Strong Excel skills
• Previous experience with PowerBI, Tableau or SQL would be highly desirable
• Strong team player, builds trust and credibility easily and can work autonomously
