Halliday Marx have partnered with a well-known, retail brand seeking an accounts assistant on a 12 month contractual basis with an immediate start.

Central London location

MUST have SAP experience

Hybrid working

£16 – £19 per hour PAYE

Duties

• nvoice processsing;
• Supplier statement reconciliation
• Dealing with day to day queries from suppliers
• Monitor the accounts payable inbox
• Prepare and process BACS payments
• Employee expense processing;
• Managing the accounts receivable process
• Bank reconciliations
• Post general ledger journals as required
• Adhoc reporting;
• Assist in month and year end closing
• Prepare and analyse aged creditors monthly report

ABOUT YOU

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience processing high volumes of invoices
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
• Experience with SAP is a must
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
