Halliday Marx have partnered with a large accounting practice to recruit either a German, or French speaking Management Accountant on a permanent basis.

This role is 3 days a week in the office, 2 from home.

Duties

• Working with international clients (overseas headquarters with branch, subsidiary, PE (permanent establishment) in UK)
• Preparation of Financial Reporting packs including multi-currency and multi-territory reporting
• Monthly management accounts (Full P&L + Balance Sheet)
• Bookkeeping
• Audit support
• Quarterly VAT returns & registrations
• CIS returns & registrations
• Direct client contact with owners, managing Directors & other accountancy practices abroad
• Creating confirmation statements and company secretarial services
• Payment runs
• Billing

Requirements

• Fluent in either German or French
• Part qualified ACCA or ACA
• Proven technical experience Xero or other cloud-based accounting experience
