Duties

• Bookkeeping
• payroll posting
• reconciliations and revaluations at month end
• purchase and sales ledger
• invoice processing
• credit card reconciliations
• bank reconciliations
• contractor communication
• Setting up payment runs
• Correspondence with clients to request information Downloading information from the cloud Liaising with HMR

Requirements

• Fluent in German
• 2 years experience with bookkeeping in an entry level accounting role
• 2 years experience within an accounting practice
