Halliday Marx have partnered with a Pharmaceutical company to hire an Interim Finance Director until the end of the year.

Duties

• Driving the 2024 business plan
• Oversight of the finance function, IT, HR & Supply Chain
• Managing a team of 4
• Reporting to the board on finance and company performance
• Process improvement with the European teams
• Development of the finance strategy & structure
• Manage investment of available funds
• Responsible for ensuring proper tax reporting’s & audits are complete
• Implementing financial policies in accordance with IFRS and CSK
• Coordinate, review & monitor budgets, monthly management accounts and reports for the board

Requirements;

• Pharmaceutical experience is a must
• Strong business and commercial acumen
• Extensive accounting and financial management experience
