Halliday Marx have partnered with an outstanding sports Brand to recruit an Accounts Payable specialist on a Permanent basis.

THIS ROLE IS FULLY IN THE OFFICE

£30,000 – £32,000

Duties

• High Volume of AP invoice processing
• Constant monitoring of the AP email inbox
• Posting DD invoices and matching against bank payments
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Ensuring invoice payment due dates adhere to the payment terms
• Dealing with Purchase Order queries
• Organising, registering, matching purchase ledger invoices in a timely manner
• Reconciling Credit Card statements
• Preparing and processing payment runs and manual payments

Requirements

• 1 year+ of AP experience
• Want to work in the office 5 days a week
• Must have high volume AP experience (Minimum 250 invoices a week)
• Must have strong experience of monitoring and actioning an AP email inbox
• Roll up your sleeves attitude and just get stuck in!
