Halliday Marx have exclusively partnered with a growing International Recruitment and Consultancy organisation to recruit a Revenue Accountant on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, this role offers managerial responsibility and the opportunity to work closely alongside the Senior Leadership Team.

Working 2 days in their City of London offices, your key duties will include but not be limited too;

Duties

• Ownership of the UK and numerous European entities ensuring all invoices are raised and sent within a timely manner
• Principle contact for all UK and European queries, answering all inbound billing and invoices questions
• Business Partner with key International Stakeholders, supporting them with invoicing, billing and revenue queries
• Support the Group Financial Controller in creating and managing KPI metrics in relation to billing and WIP
• Support the wider finance team ensuring all revenue is posted accurately and within a timely manner at month end
• Assist with general ledger monthly reconciliations
• Create and produce the monthly WIP report including commentary for the month end board packs
• Support, train and mentor the junior member/s of the team assisting in their development, creating progressive training modules to support their continued growth and development

The Successful Candidate;

• Previous experience in Billing/Revenue role within a growing and fast paced environment, ideally in the recruitment sector
• Multi Territory Billing is very important
• Understanding of WIP and Accrued Income
• Excellent written and verbal communicator with internal and external stakeholders
• Positive, “Can Do” Attitude
• Previous experience with MS Great Plains would be highly desirable / Intermediate Excel
