Halliday Marx have partnered with leading private Healthcare Organisation to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant on a Permanent basis.
Hybrid working and situated in their City of London offices, you will report into the Finance Manager and your key duties will include, but not be limited too;
Duties
- Responsible for the month end reporting for multiple entities (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow) and report and consolidate back into the Group
- Reporting under local GAAP
- Forecasting of both balance sheet and cashflows with a high level of detail and accuracy
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for the group
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
- Accurate Joint Venture reporting
- Provide support for the annual audit and quarterly review processes
- Prepare deliverables and co-ordinate the audit being a key liaison with the external auditors
- Improve, streamline and assist with process and procedure improvement
- Adhoc projects and tasks to support the wider finance team and function
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Demonstrable experience preparing company financial statements for UK entities
- Strong Excel skillset including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables
- Healthcare industry experience would be highly desirable, but not essential
- Might possibly suit an individual who has trained in Top 20 practice and already made one or two post practice moves
