Halliday Marx have partnered with a vast media business to recruit a Senior Management Accountant on an permanent basis.

Duties

• Producing a full set of divisional management accounts – {Monthly P&L + Balance Sheet} for 2 big entities
• Actual vs Budget Variance Analysis
• Budgeting + Forecasting
• Liaising with the Auditors
• Preparation of Journals, prepayments and Accruals
• Producing the Statutory Accounts
• Manage the audit process
• Reconciliation of Payroll to the general ledger
• VAT Submissions
• Tax accounting duties

The successful candidate will;

• Part Qualified in either (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience with FULL ownership of the P&L and Balance Sheet
• Consolidation experience
• Strong Excel skills {Vlookup’s & Pivot Tables as a minimum}
• Have Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
