Halliday Marx have partnered with a vast media business to recruit a Senior Management Accountant on a permanent basis.

Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Duties

• Producing a full set of management accounts with detailed commentary on variances for a very for a large entity
• Preparing month end journals, accruals and prepayments
• P&L/Balance sheet analysis
• Producing the Statutory Accounts
• Producing annual budgets and monthly reforecasts
• Liaising with the auditors
• Reconciliation of Payroll to the general ledger
• VAT Submissions to HMRC
• Tax accounting duties

Requirements;

• On no more than a 1 month notice
• Part Qualified in either (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience with FULL ownership of the P&L and Balance Sheet
• Consolidations experience
• Strong Excel skills {Vlookup’s & Pivot Tables as an absolute minimum}
• Have Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
