Halliday Marx have partnered with a famous Tech firm to hire a Senior Treasury Analyst on an interim basis for 12 months.

Hybrid working (3-4 days a week in the office)
£300-£350 Per day (inside IR35)
Duties
- Cash & Liquidity Management. Monitor daily cash positions, ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs, and optimize short-term investments.
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts, oversee wire transfers, and ensure accuracy in treasury transactions.
- Lead the setup, maintenance, and closure of domestic and international bank accounts, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support treasury integration for new entities, including establishing banking structures, funding processes, and treasury controls.
- Support debt issuance, compliance with loan covenants, and evaluate investment opportunities in line with company policy.
- Serve as a key point of contact with banking partners, negotiate banking services, and maintain optimal fee structures.
- Identify, monitor, and manage financial risks related to FX, interest rates, and credit exposure; recommend appropriate hedging strategies.
- Maintain and enhance treasury management systems (TMS), improve automation, and streamline workflows for efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOX requirements, and regulatory standards; support internal and external audits.
- Prepare and refine short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts; analyse variances and provide insights to senior leadership.
